The next biannual meeting of the Compliance in Mining Network will be held online in light of the COVID-19 situation

The meeting was to be held in Rio Tinto’s offices in London. However, given the need for social distancing and travel bans, we have decided to conduct the meeting online.

Compliance in Mining Network members represent a broad range of companies from the mining industry. Health and safety standards are high on the agenda in the mining industry in general. CiMN member companies prioritise the health and wellbeing of employees. We take the need to adhere with social distancing and other initiatives put in place around the world to tackle the COVID-19 outbreak seriously.

First Group Benchmarking

As part of our regular activities, CiMN conducts benchmarking surveys and discussions which aim to share experiences and best practices of the member companies’ compliance activities and risks.
